I’m a big believer in the power of great change management. When a transformation is implemented successfully, it can help to make work better and more fulfilling for so many people. But what makes a transformation successful? There are a lot of contributing factors and surprisingly, my top factors are ones that I don’t hear a lot of people talking about.
