Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a psychiatric disorder that can occur in people who have experienced or witnessed a traumatic event such as a natural disaster, a serious accident, a terrorist act, war/combat, rape or other violent personal assault. The entire humanity pool is going to be feeling this , probably at different magnitudes but surely. How do we deal with it. Or maintain a mindset that does not let it propel into a full blown condition. I believe daily meditation and mindfulness practices can help you tackle the build-up and nab the problem at its roots.
