Drawing upon his book The Kennedy Autopsy, and Douglas Horne's five-volume Inside the Assassination Records Review Board, Jacob Hornberger introduces us to many of the key controversies surrounding JFK's autopsy and explains why he believes there is no longer room for reasonable doubt that significant fraud was committed. Noting that "there is no innocent explanation for a fraudulent autopsy" and that it was carried out under military supervision, Jacob further argues that we are left with no option but to conclude that what took place was part of a regime-change operation by the US national security establishment.
