Coming to you today with a solo episode: How to Know if Your Gratitude Practice is Toxic.

I came across the inspiration for the episode while tapping into the ‘Explore’ section of Instagram, which I rarely do, but obviously this was meant to be! At first, I thought it was total clickbait, but I instantly realized it was SPOT ON.

I’ve spoken on toxic positivity and manifestation habits before, and because I know that our lives can be lived so differently with a great gratitude practice, I wanted to pop in with some quickie advice on 2 things:

  • How toxic gratitude feels and affects our lives
  • How to shift into a more authentic practice that will have you truly experiencing (and manifesting more of) the abundance in your life

Keeping it short and sweet for my busy mamas today! I hope you can use this episode to reflect on your gratitude practices and that ultimately it helps you experience gratitude in its purest form.
