Today on the Legacy Podcast, I'm sitting down with my boy Chris Litzler, who is my commercial mortgage broker with Marcus and Millichap. I have been working with Chris since the very beginning. He's helped me build my portfolio to thousands of doors, and I have probably more than $400 million of loans with him. He's seen as one of the foremost authorities in the commercial mortgage space and is somebody that I go to for business insights. He lets me know what's going on in the marketplace and helps me troubleshoot any issues that I'm going through on any of the deals. So I'm excited to sit down with him. We're gonna be talking about what's going on in the marketplace, what's happening with interest rates, what's happening with, the commercial mortgages, what's happening with lenders, what are they seeing out there, and how are they responding to what's happening in the marketplace and a little bit of forward thought on what to look for in the in the real estate space over the course of the next few months.
