Making decisions can sometimes be tough and tricky.

You just don't know how it will end up. This is especially true when dealing with other people whom you have no control over. They might not react to your decision as you hope they would.

Decision making can be nerve-racking for some people.

They are just not good at making decisions much less tough ones.

The decision-making process becomes more complicated during times of high stress or during times of crisis.

In this episode, cardiologist Dr. Anuj Shah shares how to make tough decisions framed by empathy and how it is also good for the "heart."

Who is Dr. Anuj Shah?

DR. ANUJ SHAH is a Cardiovascular Disease Specialist and the Founder and director of Apex Heart and Vascular Care.

Dr. Shah has held leadership positions including Director of Vascular Interventions at Good Samaritan Hospital and Bon Secours Hospital in NY.

He also served as the Assistant Professor of Medicine at The Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Dr. Shah has been named a “Top Physician” in the 2015 edition of Leading Physician of the World and has been among the “Top Doctors of New Jersey” since 2015.

He was recently featured on Healthline on Artificial Intelligence.
