As one of the lawyers who won the Gomez v. Trump case, I wanted to make sure that everyone is up-to-date on the lastest news and processing information. This episode was broadcast on my Facebook Live page to address the Department of State's instructions on DV2020 applicants, how the lawsuit allows ALL selectees to process (not just Plaintiffs), and what steps each selectee should be taking RIGHT NOW to try to get one of the available DV2020 visas issued by 9/30/2020. I also talk about the ongoing effort to get the judge to allow visa issuance after 9/30/2020.
