Tell-a-vision isn't fiction and today I'm honored to bring you to the inspiration behind 'Eleven' in 'Stranger Things' and Jillian Anderson's character in 'X Files', sex trafficking /MK Ultra survivor, activist, and authority, blogger, and absolute delight, Penny L.A. Shepard!
An original whistleblower of our time, Penny as gotten a lot of attention as she brings her story into the spotlight over the last few years and has been a very prolific and respected whistleblower along with other early whistleblowers like Cathy O'Brien and Jessie Czebotar. In this episode, Penny educates us on and tells of her experiences of surviving Project Genesis and MK Ul-tra while taking on us down rabbit hole after rabbit hole.
n her own words, Penny "is an MK Ultra Super Soldier who was genetically modified and experimented on in utero. She was born August 11th, 1958 into the MK Ul-tra program and was housed at Langley, Area 51, and Montauk. She emerged in graduation from Project Genesis in 1976." In addition to being in these projects, Penny was / is also a professional singer, actress, model, entertainer and writer. She currently is helping MK Ul-tra survivors have their voice heard by connecting them to podcasters and independent journalists, and she is an independent researcher and journalist herself!
