Once your little one transitions into their big bed it is a total game changer! For many families- for the worst! Once their children realise they can get out of their own beds it can cause sleepless nights for your child as well as confusion and exhaustion for parents. If all the elements that combine to get great age appropriate sleep aren't aligned, parents may experience plenty of disruption, frustration and of course exhaustion as they attempt to get their child to stay in their own bed!

Like all sleep challenges our babies and toddlers face, its crucial for parents to understand WHY this is happening developmentally and what are the factors that are causing their child to get out of their bed. Finally, we want to settle on a strategy that you can implement successfully to have them stay in their bed which are discussed in this episode.

This episode is incredibly practical as it takes you through a 5 Stage approach to identifying WHY your child isn't staying in their bed as well as giving some practical strategies to work through to have your child stay in their own bed from now on! Listen here!
