In the third installment of the Hatchcast’s Black History Month series, Color of Innovation, Charlotte sits down with Spartan, philanthropist, and restorative justice advocate, Leah Ellis. Leah shares how her experiences as a disabled mother fighting the juvenile justice system influenced her brands and the need for spaces for marginalized entrepreneurs within the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
