What’s the secret to lasting friendships? How does queer community show up through the ebbs and flows of life? And what’s the REAL story behind the “YMCA” song? In the first episode of Silver Linings, The Old Gays dive into an essential part of queer life: chosen family. They discuss the vital love, support, and sense of belonging that community provides, especially during life's toughest moments. They open up about what “queer” means to them, how chosen family has impacted their lives, and how to maintain close bonds over time–including their love for each other! “We’ve come a long way, baby.” Family isn’t just what you’re born with; it’s the people who show up, shape you, and stick around. Hey guys, I sat down with Tony B Graham who is a banker but also does comedy and improv.. WAIT! I know what you’re thinking but this isn’t about comedy or improv even though we slightly cover it. The main reason I asked Tony to drop by The Hangout is to cover American Politics because like many people who were born and brought up in the desert I have no idea how it works on that side! About Tony B Graham – 1:30 Comedy, Improv, Banking even China! How are all these connected? Tony! Having an outlet – 07:00 Discussion with Tony about having an outlet irrespectively of one having a career and him getting into performance arts. He goes onto talk about how its important and also how performing helps with presenting yourself well in an office scenario and in general. Comedy vs Improv – 13:44 We talked about our experiences and which one gives you a better experience as a person overall. Also we cover how it helps people with managing fear and even with managing difficult scenarios at work. American Politics 101 - 17:50 Self-explanatory and extremely valuable to people who are not well versed in American Politics. I have not time stamped the rest of our conversation because this is such a valuable chunk of information that I refuse to time stamp each question. These are some of the questions and are not the complete that I asked:- What is a democrat, liberal and republican? What do they stand for and what do they want? What does being “left” and “right” mean? Why can’t there be a balance between the parties? What is being “too” left and right? Can moderation be attained by the USA? What is a midterm? How do you make an amendment to the constitution? Current political climate – 51:00 I conclude by asking Tony for his opinion on current events and how he thinks things are going to go down as well as where he hopes it heads. How does the American election affect the rest of the world? – 56:48 I think this is the most I’ve ever given time to American Politics and no lie gained so much knowledge and Tony is such an encyclopedia of information, thank you so much! As always, please like, share, subscribe, slap, complain and lets make The Hangout great again! Rushdi

Hey yall! Episode drop with these two characters again. Hope everyone's been qurantining and social distancing well. Its been a weird time but who doesn't like spontaneity.. am I right? Welcome to this episode is pretty much a standard tangent jumping, spiralling down a staircase of topics like love and faith, little chat about arranged marriage. Then we sprinkle a little of layman's quantum mechanics and then, of course, the cherry that is patriarchal vs matriarchal societies. Not versus, but.. you get it! Enjoy this episode, if you like it let me know, if you hate it.. let Mansi know!…

Hello people! I know you have been eagerly waiting to hear my beautiful voice and thus I am back. Once again missed a few weeks due me drowning in work as well as scheduling issues caused this to happen but I (think) am back on it! *falls of it and breaks neck* Aaaaanway, this week I sit down with Taqi and Mansi and we talk about THE FUTURE It’s a topic I randomly brought up. We talk about technological developments in current times, what we love, what we hate. I then bring up technology that was predicted back in the 1950’s(ish) for current time and then we go onto further discuss predictions for the future. Overall a pretty chill discussion, let us know what you think about it. As always, thanks for hanging out with us.…

Hello one and all. This week I sit with Dubai based Comedian Imah Dumagay. We didnt decide what we were going to speak about specifically but Imah is so full of such pure love and affection that it was a pivot to most of our discussions. Her being the only Filipina comedian in the region similar to me being the only Sri Lankan one I appreciate her position which which is basically representing a whole country through a skill so I find out her style and how she got addicted to the stage. Apart from talking about that we cover relationships, companionship and a little bit of love. There is no Imah if there is no love and I can confidently say when shes in a room everything gets a little rose tinted to the point where I usually get uncomfortable and have to leave. So enjoy this conversation with the organizer of Kickers Comedy Night - Imah Dumaguy! See you next week!…

Hello all! This week I sit down with MMA fighter Gwendoline Charbein and we talk about.. *drum roll* MMA! And dont let the fact that she doesnt have a catchy fighter name throw you off, she still packs a punch. Seems slightly "clickbaity" but the link to her fight is below in the show notes. I do ask MMA 101 questions but we do cover her own experience and a relatively new fighter on the scene. We cover her background and how she got into it. Also her views on training, how its going in this region and do a tiny review of her fight. We had questions put forward by our brilliant illustrator Leilani giving me something to stand on to keep carrying on the conversation and it did go places. Hope you guys enjoy the episode and as always, see you next week. You can watch Gwen Fight over here:- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qXOO83a6Saw Type "Luana De Souza Vs Gwendoline Charbein"…

Hey guys, This week Salman & myself sit down with ex-motivational speaker Osman Rohail. Yes.. EX-Motivational speaker. I think thats a first for me personally because we never hear the post story of a motivational speaker whos given up that sort of life. We most certainly bounce topic to topic but we cover Osman Rohails backstory and did I forget to mention he is also a comedian who frequents jumping on stage. (Yes! Another comedian) He picks our brains a little bit but in the end this is just a free flowing conversation with most things Osman with random tangents popping up every now and then to do with comedy and doing better as a person. Hello fellow humans! Did you know that we are killing the planet? I did, but not to the extent to which Arzoo explained. And boy is it gloomy, so get your ass up and do something about it. Even a tiny thing. We discuss whats been going on in the news, how society has been and will be affected also the little bits we can do to improve the overall impact. Arzoo cannot stop pursuing this and I think we should lend her our ears for a little bit even if you do not plan to change the world atleast you can perhaps contribute with very minor changes until SCIENCE PEOPLE SAVE US! Hey guys, This week I sit with legend Salman Z Qureshi and we pretty much chill out. Since he is an Improv legend I ask him a lot of questions from some basic questions to even some specific questions that I was wondering as a novice. We also have a chat about whats going on in the world and our thoughts. At one point we argue about the best chicken in the UAE, yea, we cover really important points. Hey guys, We’re back! Took a mini hiatus because all a new season in events kicking off in the UAE but to make up for the absence I will be releasing 2 episodes back to back. First off, a new segment with Mansi Parmar and Taqi Mehmood which is Harry Potter for Dummies. Me being the dummy or dummies. Believe it or not but I have neither watched or read anything Harry Potter so they took the time out to walk me through Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone and educated me on most things HP.. thus I am no longer an “ignorant” muggle. Ready to Hangout? This week I sit down with Nicole B, Mansi P and Rahul G aka Stats talking about men and women. We cover points such as:- Why do men say / do this? Why do women say / do this? The way men and women are wired. Backseat driving and why that may occur. We dive into so many tangents and entertainingly I dont think we can to any solid conclusions but I would love to hear listeners feedback anywhere you deem it necessary. Needless to say we on THWR team love to hear what our listeners have to say about topics such as this because we get to further reflect on what we say and our views. Also if it sounded like Nicole B was going to kick my ass in the end, then Rahul Ganwani aka Stats did a great job on the editing. See you next week! Hey guys, This week’s episode is on death, grief and the journey through. Nicole, Producer Bub and I have all lost someone close to us so we dedicate this week’s episode to people who have lost someone and have had to deal with such a loss. We share stories, how we dealt with it, the things we learnt about ourselves and what you can do if you ever need to support someone who loses someone. Time stamps:- Part 1 - 00:02:18 Being scared of death, the awareness of its inevitability and being possibly being prepared for death. We cover the topic of guilt and what emotions that may arise. Also couldn’t write this simpler but if someone wants to cry just let them. Sometimes silence is also massively helpful. And one should keep in mind every death is different and you cannot use a blanket approach when tending to someone who is experiencing a loss. We learnt that using your energy wisely is one of the best things you could do for yourself and your family. Music Break with Bub - 01:28:00 Part 2 - 01:30:00 We return to discuss what its like getting back to work, talking to people about how you feel and how the loss changes you overall. “Don’t be afraid of going through the motions” – Producer Bub Part 3 - 01:44:01 Are you grateful for death? Part 4 - 01:57:38 Insights from friends, family and listeners. Part 5 - 02:07:53 Questions sent in my friends, family and listeners to discuss. Hey guys, This week we talk about Womens Magazines and its affect on us overall. I say we talk but its more or less Nicole informing of the atrocities that womens magazines tend to commit, mostly revolving around clouding and brainwashing of the readers. She ends with a positive of what she gained from womens magazines as well because it cant be all bad.. right? This weeks episode is more of a conversation rather specific questions or category based so I suggest you skip the time stamps and go with the flow to truly enjoy this weeks episode. Also we have a fake sponsor, thank you to Insurance Mark-It Dot I E. Time stamps:- Introduction – 02:18 Discussion about womens magazines and their effect on the reader. We discover how long these publications have had a grip on the general public and ruining regular lives. Nicole also talks about how it affected her way back in the day and how it still does once in a while. Hey guys, Matt Ryder is in this week, we talk about being an artist in the UAE. Like an actual artist with paint, brushes, canvases, easels.. you get it right? Although he does caricatures (he may frown that I led with that) he now spends majority of his time doing fine art and plein air paintings. That’s a French word, you learnt that here, you are welcome! He goes so far as to organize trips for groups of plein air enthusiasts to locations he has scouted around the UAE, weather permitting of course. Time stamps:- Intro with Matt 01:30 I ask Matt how he ended up here in the UAE and how he got into doing what he does. If he was a superhero, this is his origin story. To caricature or not to caricature? – 09:05 Matt talks about he was bitten by the Plein Air Painting bug which he hopes to pass onto other painters. As he rightly said “Im putting an image of a time on a canvas, which I think is important”, considering the speed at which our surroundings are developing this more relevant than ever. What is Plein Air Painting? – 17:51 Matt educates me about on what Plein Air Painting is all about and how he guides his group when they out and about. Also, I say “draw” at certain points, my apologies, I meant to say “paint”. I am not a complete dunce. Links to Matt’s work are in the show notes. Stories from Matt’s commissions –26:00 He talks about he’s changed and looking forward to change. Also he sends out good vibes to everyone and even though he swears you can hear the positivity in his tone and demeanor. Stories of Caricatures he’s done – 26:01 He shares stories which seems like the equivalent of being catfished because the person no longer resembles the picture he was given as a sample. How do exhibitions work? – 32:55 I asked this off the cuff because I do know a number of artists but seems as though they are unaware of how to showcase their work or get traction outside their own rooms or studios respectively. What’s it like to be full time artist in the region? – 38:08 We talk about the challenges within the region such as artists interest not being aligned and even the the dreaded currency of exposure. Plein Air Workshops with Matt Ryder – 48:13 How he goes about it conducting it, what it curtails and how you can get in touch with him. For those keen, he mentions that the last one for the year may be in March so do book your dates with him so you don’t miss out. Hey guys, I sat back down with Bronwyn Byrnes aka BB, a lady who’s been in the UAE almost as long as Producer Bub and I but has had a completely different journey. We topic hop but mainly focus on the changes within the UAE, our experiences and BB shares some UAE stories. Intro with BB – 02:23 We learn how she obtained her nick name and just discuss names.. *shrug* “Disciplining your kids” and how we were disciplined – 05:50 BB just mentions about how shes raising her kids and we slip into a conversation about disciplining ones kids. I bring up the after-thought of being thankful for the beatings I received from my parents due to the hindsight of what a demonic force to be reckoned with I was as a child. NB – Thanks mum and dad. Oddly enough, BB brings up stories how she was disciplined and then we had no choice but to share as well. We cover the types of punishments, the weapons used and post beating lessons we received. I also bring up how it’s different for Asian and Western culture ie something like punishment being the same for a child or a parent irrespective of who breaks the rule put in place. BB and her journey – 21:20 She begins her story and once again I bring up race although BB does agree with me here, thank God! But we quickly get back to her and I quickly figure out why she’s so cool and badass. BB talks about how she aspired to be an Air Hostess back in the day and how she got it done. She describes her experience of reaching the UAE and kicking off her career. Service Industry – Racism Stories - 30:00 Once upon a time in UAE – 39:26 BB shares stories of way back in the day, kicks off with a place called Cyclone which now sounds like a mythical place due to what time it used to operate until. Ie 7 AM. Places we discuss:- Cyclone The Lodge Pancho Villas Al Nasr Leisureland – This is the only one I knew, that too because of the Arcade. We discuss cinemas, hangout spots and other stuff we used to do and look forward to. She brings up Karama which is my stomping ground and we just chat about K-Town. *does awkward gang sign* Naming old stuff and BB’s Shawerma story – 49:30 BB slightly struggled to keep up with us and on that note, Producer Bub is still looking for Koukou Roukou biscuits. If someone can help us we will be ever so grateful. She only said mentioned a specific shawerma and I was convinced that she’s worked really hard! BB’s goat story(s) – 53:17 This story of BB’s is right out of a sitcom you’d watch on a Thursday night and learn a valuable lesson at the end of it. How come you are still here? 01:06:05 Even though I ask BB the question, a part of me began to explain why I myself have not left the country. I pretty much reverse psychologized myself. And yes, that is not a real word. We also wrap up with what BB’s up to now and how you can holla at her. As always, please like, share, subscribe and slap someone with the links. Hey guys, Its another episode takeover experiment, this time with my old friend Rahul Bulchandani who is a certified personal trainer as well as an extremely passionate person when it comes to fitness and an overall healthy lifestyle. In short, he is that friend who will continually tell you whats good and bad for you which could get onto one’s nerves but the flip side is he also has an extreme love for pizza and lazing around therefore has done all the hardwork for us when it comes to doing whats best for us and working out smart to get results rather than crashing and burning when attempting to make a lifestyle change. I prepared this week’s questions and they might be mild but I request any listeners who wish to ask specific questions with fitness, weight-loss, strength training and lifestyle changes because Rahul Bulchandani is happy to research and take them on. Will only take a few minute and he will get back to you with solid and helpful information which will produce results for you. Time stamps:- 00:50 – Introduction with Rahul Bulchandani We just find our footing, take about what most people want their fitness goals to be and I just ask Rahul about how he got into it as well as his journey so far. 09:39 - What is your take on “diets”? I asked Rahul this because I am aware of his experience doing various diets. People swear by one or the other, he has done a number of diets and goes into the details of a number of them. 29:40 – How important is your mindset when you are trying to lose weight? Apart from watching what food you put in your mouth how important is mindset and what advice does he have to help people get to their fitness goals. 40:57 – STEROIDS! Do I have your attention now? We just talk about steroids, what it does to you whether man or woman and overall why you should STAY AWAY FROM IT. Do you hear that boys and girls? Once again people, you can send in your questions or queries even if they are super specific because we would love to address something specifically and don’t forget, its all for freeeee. Hey guys, I sit down with Zareen Khan from W2W Events whom I think is such an unsung hero. All links to her are below and you google w2w events if you are too lazy to copy, paste or the links don’t work for some reason. What she and her company does. Most importantly her “Why” and how gender does play a role – 04:20 We talk about what Zareen’s work consists of, her company W2W which helps set up businesses and helps them run as opposed to a company that just charges one to open up after having ticked the boxes and paying a fee. We talk about perspective from both genders and the possible challenges people might depending on your gender and race. Also, I have to note that now she has branched out to other things as well, most importantly into something like PR which is what a lot of artists lack in knowledge as well as in a networking sense, hats off to what shes achieved and the community she’s formed. “Enough of surviving, it’s time to thrive” – Zareen How Zareen’s journey began – 18:57 She couldn’t sing to her radio.. that’s about it. And even better, I totally understood what she meant by that. Why start a company (W2W) to help assisting other when profits are not the drive - 21:43 She goes into how she operates and the challenges faced, which is not completely unknown but actually quite popular such as a network that turns over due to time and the region we operate in. The hype of entrepreneurship – Reality vs Instagram - 29:41 How there is no running away from social media mediums playing an important role in business and entrepreneurship. Also how there has to be accountability and perhaps a governing body to ensure that the person and products have ticked off certain boxes before being unleashed into the world. She shares her perspective of being an entrepreneur and how it’s going overall. Social Media Influencers (SMI) and what exactly are they? – 44:22 Why does feminism get a bad rap? - 55:40 We cover a variety of subtopics once this Pandora’s box opens. Random topic - “When are you getting marriage?” - 1:11:30 Quite a rabbit hole we jumped into but with Zareen it was so enjoyable to have this conversation and she tells us the torment she goes through which Bub and I thoroughly enjoyed because we realized we weren’t the only ones who goes through this. What is the definition of a relationship to millennial’s or in this day and age? - 1:21:36 Bub was flabbergasted at the telepathic connection Zareen and I make on this topic especially with #couplegoals. We discuss what we think is going on with relationships at this point in time and also share our own experiences. Zareen shares “horror” story of a date – 1:28:49 I think I owe Zareen a treat for sharing such a gem and guys listening please take notes if you ever thought of doing anything of the sort. You are welcome men across the world! Random topic - Marriage, when does one’s work or dreams have to intertwine with marriage where it’s no longer a reason not to get married? 1:40:11 I suggest you listen on from 1:21:36 and don’t stop FYI. Question for me – Where do you see the podcast going? – 1:42:30 For the record, I don’t think I answered this as well as I would’ve liked, but I put it out there so that if there’s anyone listening who thinks they can help with anything.. you know where to find me. For the record, I am completely aware that this episode is slight longer but talking with Zareen Khan was extremely enjoyable and I believe she in some form a saving grace for artists. We at The Hangout with Rushdi wish her all the best and will support her for anything she needs at the drop of a hat. As always, please like, share, subscribe, slap and complain. I dare you! Rushdi…

Rushdi…

Hello fellow humans, We have a bittersweet surprise this week because neither did I manage to get a guest on nor did I record enough segments to have an independent show. I slipped up! But from that loss we discovered our side project with MANJU. Its hard for him to switch his therapist mind off so I switched on the mics to record a show for him – Mind Massage with Manju…………with Rushdi Rafeek because I just have to stick my hand into everything. I question Manju about popular psychological topics and questions that most people have heard or discussed. His insight really did make a difference to my rebuttals which were a mixed bag of headlines, psychology 101 and old wives’ tales. This is a trial show to assess whether people have interest in a conversation around psychology and if anyone has questions that they would like to forward, please go ahead and send it to thehangoutrr@gmail.com with subject line Mind Massage. Q 02:00 Q1 Why do women like bad boys? 10:00 Q2 How does one get to know themselves? 15:41 Q3 Women like bad boys, what do men like? 18:50 Q4 Why do people cheat on their partners? 34:52 Q5 Manju said “Man’s seed it dying” – I asked him to elaborate on that 39:32 Q6 Understanding the differences between love and respect. 58:42 Q7 How does one grieve? (NB - This was slightly personal but I think we covered it quite aptly) We would highly appreciate feedback so as always please like, share, subscribe, slap, complain and whatever it is else you guys do. Hey guys, I (was forced to) sit down with Ink-A-Laugh comedy collective partners Akshat Davla & Rohan Chawda to talk about why the world needs another comedy collective, mainly them! My view is that we don’t but that didn’t stop them from doing so, much like Akshat knocking on my door in the early hours of the morning to get this interview done because their ship has begun sailing with cancelled visas and big dreams they plan to kick off rooms and add a little something new the Indian Comedy scene. Ink-A-Laugh formed in the UAE but has big plans for comedy outside. Apart from having spent time here within all the local art and comedy spheres they plan to take on the comedy world starting with India. I ask about the lessons they learnt, their strategy and of course, the point of it all. We cover a little on how improv works and just cover basics only because I couldn’t stop running my mouth.. I guess. I cant wait to chat with Ink-A-Laugh after a year to see how things unfolded and how much better they would’ve become. And yes I promise not a comedian on the next show! Like, share, comment, set your house on fire. You know, the usual.…

Faisal Hashmi is a Pakistani UAE based film maker who as he confessed speaks slightly fast but really doesn’t matter because he is one of those unsung heros behind the camera. We talk about how he fell into the mix of it all and it is an important part of him mainly due to the simple fact that he is not a product of a media and film making course or alumni, he is all self taught via trial and error, and who doesn’t love a story like that? We talk about how important it is to get out there on social media and THE INTERNET in general. He eventually got selected for an international film festival, they showed his movie and he got his expenses paid for, you taking notes ladies and gentlemen? Faisal brings up an interesting point of how horror and comedy has the same challenges considering the "ebb and flow", timing and delivery as well as how the movies of the respective categories are rated. We have an exclusive chat about his new short film coming out Wicken and honestly I cant wait to watch it after have a conversation with him about it seeing the twinkle in his eye. Faisal also ends with advice for aspiring and upcoming filmmakers, the do’s, dont’s and suggestions how to go about it when you are starting out or trying to find loopholes with the most common obstacles. He also gives us all his tags, just like they are on here and is happy to help out where he can so PLEASE utilize his knowledge as his experience is worth its weight in gold.…

Went a little over our usual time but I know people who enjoy the topics will listen all the way through, also I have put time stamps along with the topics covered so you could easily skip to what you want to listen to. Comedy – 01:29 We talk about love for comedy and swiftly move into the topic of plagiarism and stealing jokes. He confesses how he is too guilty of it at the very initial stage of his career but quickly learnt his lessons and how wrong it was of him to do it. And how he now calls comedians out for doing such a thing even though he himself is a producer of shows at VDesi and needs the show to go on and be successful. He shares a story of how someone did his bit and his own produced show. Yes. The horror! We then move into talking about how irrespective of our unconditional love for comedy we still have bills to pay, what he has done to pay these bills and what he envisions for himself in the future with comedy. He shares his “dreams” with us. His advertising dream and comedy dream, both are equally hilarious but for completely different reasons. As a producer and a person in the advertising industry he discusses the difficulties of promoting a comedy show versus music performed by a band and even goes into the economics which is hard to argue with irrespective of how much you love comedy and the art form. We cover the intricacies of crowd work and why comedians must be equipped with material as a performer. Swiftly moving into punching down and being “racist” as a comedian in order to get laughs. Miqdaad shares his opinion on what newbies should be doing and talks about how it is vital to focus on being FUNNY rather than trying to change the world. Career in Advertising – 38:07 He goes into what its like to be in the advertising industry, the gate keepers of good content and sums it up quite concisely. Music Break – 46:30 Muhammad Motiwala – Rabba Tu Arranged Marriage – 50:40 A topic which I could not help but cover with him is the matter of Arranged Marriage. He shares his experiences meeting what I like to call “potential candidates” and how it usually goes down. I have no doubt that you would be shocked at the number of women he met during his adventure of seeking out a partner. He compares it to as if you are on a blind date which your parents have set up as opposed to a friend or the internet. The pros and cons of such an arrangement as well as how he adjusted over time to the idea of it. The questions put forward to the groom are usually tactically prepared to gauge how he would be rated as a candidate. He talks about his experiences in the UAE and how it’s different from our own along with his acquaintances and his partner at VDesi laughs Amit Asudani. Comic Relief Segment – 1:24:23 #MeToo – 1:24:53 We quickly cover the #MeToo movement because it is somewhat a hot topic and comes close to home because a number of comics have been accused of being perpetrators. See you next week. As usual, we appreciate the likes, shares and comments.…

Hello humans! I sat down with Arzoo talking about the scene and find out more about what it's like to be in the shoes of a woman comedian such as herself. Re-listening whilst editing, I realized how poorly my questions were constructed but there's no shame in admitting it, because that is literally how I felt and would have come off before such an important and vital conversation. I just wish to say I am not as dumb as I appear in this episode, and I heard Arzoo take deep inhales when I was speaking and I honestly don't blame her. I am so honored and appreciative of her cooperation and patience for someone so "basic" such as myself. I hope to have many more conversations and eye-opening experiences such as this. We have over 60 mins MORE recorded about her passion for the environment which will be released in a future episode due to its quality and importance. For this episode, we're focusing on Arzoo, her journey in comedy and the arts, and her very relevant take on the scene both in the UAE and internationally. I raise my hand to say I really did push her, sometimes from my own stupidity and the rest of the time, I'm playing devil's advocate. As always, I appreciate every single person listening, sharing and commenting. Please do that because this is how we keep improving week in week out. We 5 for 5 now ladies and gents. Thank you so much.…

We have Comedian Omar Kazim on who is half Emirati half Scottish. As a career hes an aerospace engineer but life has had its way with him and having travelled to 70 countries he’s vying to find peace through meditation and comedy. He talks about what his job was like, and just to be clear he no longer does that. He shares conversations he faced as someone who is dyslexic and how he can’t just sit in one spot staring into a screen. He cant help himself but talk about positivity and how your mind plays a vital role with how things work out for a person. I question him about what his definition of motivation is and his use of affirmations. He covers meditation 101 for producer bub and myself. He talks about how it helped him manage his anxiety and it might assist a person in making better choices in general. We then deviated into talking about the mind, how it is difficult to identify something as serious as depression and what humans do to deal with it indirectly. Omar talks about how its important to express yourself, feel things and how HE CRIES. Hah! His educates me on anxiety and how he dealt with his anxiety. How it was catalyzed by his use of social media and how he’s dealing with his disconnection from social media. As always thank you, please like, comment and share. If you feel something creeping up on you in the middle of the night, its our appreciation.…
