Welcome to Monday. In this episode I share some thoughts on goals, doing the work and doing things today that you, 2 hours from now, will thank you for.
One of the biggest causes of stress and anxiety is our own perception of what we can and can not control. Once you start focusing on this, and put your attention on the things you can control, your life will start changing.
A new day does not start at sunrise. It starts at midnight. In the dark. When you're wanting change in your life, more often than not you're also going to have to start in the dark.
You need goals in life. Ones that scare you a little. You need... a white whale! And you need to get away from the self-sabotaging thought that you don't deserve to set big goals and achieve them. Have a great week and welcome to Monday! Oh, and as always, don't forget to be awesome.
