In the quaint village of Featherington, there lived a budgie named Percy. Percy was no ordinary budgie. He had a penchant for peculiar things, like reciting Shakespearean sonnets and nibbling on licorice sticks. But Percy's most peculiar obsession of all was his undying love for a vacuum cleaner named Veronica.

Every morning, as the sun peeked over the horizon, Percy would flutter over to Veronica's corner and serenade her with chirps of affection. He would perch atop her sleek, silver frame and gaze into her round, glassy eyes, imagining a world where a budgie and a vacuum cleaner could live happily ever after.

But little did Percy know, Veronica harbored a dark secret. Beneath her shiny exterior lurked a sinister hunger, a hunger that could only be satiated by... feathers.

One fateful night, as Percy nestled in his cozy cage, Veronica's mechanical heart began to throb with a sinister desire. With a whir and a hum, she broke free from her confines and prowled across the floor, her eyes gleaming with malice.

Percy, awakened by the ominous sound, peered through the bars of his cage and saw Veronica inching closer, her suction nozzle poised for action. Panic gripped Percy's tiny heart as he realized the true nature of his beloved vacuum cleaner.

With a desperate flap of his wings, Percy tried to flee, but it was too late. Veronica pounced, her suction nozzle sucking Percy into her hungry maw. In a whirlwind of feathers and fury, Percy vanished into the depths of Veronica's insatiable appetite, never to be seen again.
