A recent survey conducted by Talker Research revealed that 38% of Americans have never felt more uninspired at work than they do now. That’s a bit over one-third of the workforce!

In light of this dissatisfaction, what can be said about management? The post-pandemic workforce has a new view on what gives their lives meaning and the benefits of hybrid work, making it more challenging than ever for managers to keep their teams engaged and productive.
