When you think of the term "emotional eating," what comes to mind? Most of the time, emotional eating is labeled as "bad" and a thing to avoid at all costs. Today, I encourage you to let your experiences with emotional eating become learning opportunities. We're going to try not to be so quick to push them away so that we can really understand the purpose these food experiences serve!
