Welcome to the introduction to my mentoring and coaching podcast, brought to you by the DCF Experience.
My name is David Flemming and I have recruited all over the world for the past 14 years. Starting in London I was a top performing researcher, consultant, senior consultant and billing manager generating over 1.5 million USD in 5 years.
During my 5 years I also survived and recruited during the worlds worst recession since the great depression, thus teaching me very valuable lessons on how to be the best recruiter possible.
Moving to Dubai in 2010, I successfully ran and grew three businesses from 0 - $2million USD NFI within 2 years and have trained and mentored over 50 recruitment consultants.
