I invited Pierre to talk about his journey with transforming HR into a product organization, starting way back in 2017. He explains how he introduced Design Sprints, Design Thinking, and the Learn Startup methodology into the HR function, as well as building expertise and credibility (through partnerships with product managers, designers in our organization, and influential early adopters in HR) .

He also showcases how he delivered quick-wins to teams at the project-level, using an operational process leveraging metrics, backlogs and service offerings with an end user focus.
