Saving space for yourself, how and why you should do it. Sometimes saving space and creating boundaries for yourself can be looked at as being selfish, especially if you haven’t created those boundaries before and need to teach people of your new standards for yourself. There will be a little blow back but the rewards are worth it. Saving space as we get into it, is not about hiding away but a good way of getting in touch and relearning who and where you are, instead of letting the rush of society dictate it.
