Charlie Shin is a seasoned sports executive with more than 20 years of experience in customer strategy and marketing. Prior to the Colts, Charlie worked in Major League Soccer for 14 years. While there, he served as Vice President of Data Strategy & Analytics, overseeing the enterprise data strategy, CRM initiatives, and development of league-wide marketing technology infrastructure.
