What does construction technology look like from a project manager's perspective?
In this week's episode, my co-host Tannis and I are joined by project manager, technologist, and adjunct professor at Georgia Southern University, Dylan John.
Dylan is a Sri Lankan-born construction project manager who started his journey with his father– a mid-size construction business owner in Sri Lanka.
Instead of returning to Sri Lanka to work for his father's company, he found a new path and calling here in the U.S.
Today, he shares his unique field and view of construction technology, the tools he's currently leveraging, and his different approach to ROI.
He also offers advice for project managers regarding tech deployment, how to deal with the tech-savvy future workforce entering the construction industry, and more.
