Resilience is the capacity of people to effectively cope with, adjust, or recover from stress or adversity. In the convoluted chaos of life, resilience stands as a beacon of hope, illuminating the path of progress amidst hardships. It is a testament to human tenacity, reflecting our innate capability to recover from setbacks and to keep moving forward. According to the ADP Research Institute, only 19% of US Workers are highly resilient. However, when those same workers are placed into a position they love, resiliency increases to 28%.
