The partnerships have been specially negotiated, resulting in better rates than standard trade discounts. HostGPO also offers unique products only available in large hotel chains. HostGPO was created by CEO Jeff Iloulian, who was motivated to solve his problem while operating a vacation rental company for seven years. The company aggregates similar companies and negotiates discounted bulk pricing from big brands. In addition, HostGPO offers pre-packaged items to make setting up new properties easier for hosts. About Jeff Iloulian:

Jeff has been in the vacation rental industry for nearly a decade. He has set up, managed, and operated over 250+ vacation rental properties–from cozy cabins in the woods to luxury mansions in Beverly Hills. Additionally, Jeff has successfully grown several businesses and is passionate about interdisciplinary problem-solving in emerging industries. He firmly believes that the further you push outside your comfort zone, the more significant that area becomes. With a background in Economics and Philosophy from Columbia University and a JD from UCLA School of law, Jeff spent three years as a lawyer practicing Business Litigation, Intellectual Property, and Cybersecurity before becoming an entrepreneur. In his free time, Jeff enjoys playing music, eating tacos, and traveling.
