About Heather Dreves

She started with Secured Investment Corp in 2012 as an Investor Relations Manager. She immediately realized that she could bring great value and strength to the Fund Management Team and has been serving as the Director of Funding and a Fund Manager ever since. She has been in the private money space for the past 17+ years and previously held her Series 63 License. She personally raised over $300 million in her time with Secured Investment Corp.

Since joining the leadership team, the company has experienced exponential growth. Heather is instrumental in developing relationships with investors and guiding them through private money lending. She holds a seat as a Fund Manager and has led key growth areas, even while the economy continues to experience challenges in specific market segments. Together with other members of the Fund Management Team, she continues to focus on growth and serving clients with the highest level of excellence. Her analytical and creative skills have also been vital to continued record growth.

A mother of two sons and an avid outdoor person spending most summer weekends at their lake cabin in Northern Idaho. An avid CrossFit athlete and college soccer player, where she met her husband of 26 years. Her passion is to help clients create wealth and passive cash flow by investing in alternative asset classes.
