She helps us to understand that it is not only important to know who our customers are, but who our brand is. How do you speak to your customers with Social Media? It’s easy once you know your brand.
One of my favorite parts of the interview comes in what I now refer to as “The Group Therapy Session,” where she shares a success story about a little boy and his favorite stuffed animal. It shows you how powerful social media platforms like Facebook can be when they are used for conversation. I honestly get chills every time hear it!
