We discuss multiple allegations that Phaedra was the "mastermind" behind the criminal enterprise at issue. We discuss how a book about the crime sprees led to a defamation claim. And how despite the fact that it was Phaedra who filed the defamation lawsuit, she made litigating the case challenging and had to be deposed three times.
