**Announcement** Branded by Bernel is introducing a new sub-brand called Brunch Behavior! In designing the concept for Brunch Behavior, Bernel brainstormed all of the qualities and vibes, that she wanted to offer to other entrepreneurs of small businesses. She envisioned a community that was helpful, inspiring, classy, and comfortable.
Brunch behavior offers transparent resources that actually help you build your business and find friends to connect with who will help normalize the fact that slow, consistent growth with no time constraints is something to be proud of! We need this to balance out the influence of the other vanity metrics we are constantly seeing.
“The vanity metrics are those numbers that we look at everyday, wondering if that determines how successful we are, or how likeable we are, or how much people really care about what we have to say, and that’s not true! Those are vanity metrics. There are people off the screen that are watching you. There are people that you’ve met at a networking event who you’ve inspired, so do not get caught up just in the numbers that are on social media because more likely, they don’t translate to the numbers in your bank account. I said what I said.”
