Hillary Wicht is an esteemed executive coach and human systems expert, known for her innovative approach to leadership, “how we human is how we lead.” Her work in the psychology of pitching has gained recognition from the Stanford Entrepreneurial Program, and her insights into gender communication styles have been featured by the Wall Street Journal. A former stage actress and voice performer, Hillary has collaborated with celebrities like Kelly Clarkson and LL Cool J, and worked with major brands such as McDonald’s and Toyota. Her diverse experience in entertainment, athletics, and business has shaped her growth mindset and passion for helping individuals and teams break free from routine patterns to achieve exponential leadership.

Celeste Headlee is a communication and human nature expert, and an award-winning journalist.
