Today is Rick's 42nd Birthday! As most of you know, he is currently on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean to walk all 620-miles of the Ireland Way to raise money and awareness in the fight against domestic violence. On today's episode, Rick talks with Dermot Breen, who completed this same journey back in 2018. Dermot was raising money for cancer research in honor of his late-wife.
