Cutting edge technologies can be a threat, a crutch, a challenge or a tool - the choice is ours. The rise of ChatGPT has once again raised the question of whether recruiters are going to be replaced. There are definitely ways AI can disrupt how we do things (and that can benefit us). One thing AI can’t generate is the relationship at the heart of this job.
