Regardless if you work with large purpose-built student housing communities or a portfolio of single-family homes next to universities, you’re going to walk away from hearing this episode with a better understanding of what it takes to grow a portfolio from 1 single property. Both of these companies are managing national portfolios. Eddie’s perspective is more from the mid-to-large purpose built assets with a combination of owned properties as well as 3rd party owners.
