Did you grow up with a family that was very attached to your local weather people? Well, that was the case for a lot of people in the Scranton-Wilkes-Barre area of Pennsylvania in the 90s to 00s with Marisa Burke. She was the area’s It Girl news anchor whose romance with Mark Kandel took the whole viewing area by storm.
