Katie Brighton Jones, based in Cheltenham, England, has been a personal trainer for more than 15 years and is also a sports therapist.

Katie is also a triathlete and at the end of June is competing in her first Iron Man in Nice, France.

In the event Katie will be raising money for The Little Princess Trust - which provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions such as Alopecia.

The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.
