When an emotional wave presents itself to you, you have two choices: to either let yourself get submerged by it or to ride it with courage... And I, THEODORA, have certainly been in both situations! In this episode, I spill the tea on my latest, very personal, little but not-so-little Event, with a capital E, its ripple effects on my emotional state, and how I proverbially navigated it. Expect to hear about a surprise appearance of a Significant Other (yes, that one), how I had actually channeled it 48 hours prior but didn't get the memo, how I surfed the waves of the current cosmic energies in accordance with my human design, and how I finally learned to listen to and act on my sacral "Fuck Yes" (if you know, you know!).
I also share with you my process of getting comfortable with my vulnerability and the exact affirmation I used to turn what once was my weakness into my strength, the three phases of healing, as experienced by yours truly, and the importance of having a clique, a.k.a., a soul tribe of women supporting one another, and how it helped me metabolize my healing and find self-actualization. Last, but not, least, I give you some insights about finding my energetic neutrality in the context of a romantic connection — a key component of manifesting!
