About Jay Baldemor Jay Baldemor is a creative visionary, inventor, designer, musician and serial entrepreneur. His current focus is to revolutionize the musician and jetsetter lifestyle through his company Gruv Gear, a premium brand rooted in the creative community. He holds multiple patents and has taken over 200 products to market with distribution in over 55 countries. Jay is also an internet veteran with over 21 years experience, notably with Microsoft, GeoCities, and Yahoo before forming his first design & development company, Louder Design. Alongside his wife Janeth and two boys Jyrus and Jyles, Jay regularly serves in the Worship ministry at The Rock church in Anaheim, and has joined missions teams to Haiti, Laos, and most recently at the largest missions event in history held in Lima, Perú in 2019.
