David has spent more than three decades trying to rid the world of cigarettes, and played an integral role in Canada’s tobacco-related policies. He has worked with the World Health Organization, World Bank, Pan American Health Organization, International Union Against Cancer, and numerous governments and foundations. David is also an Adjunct Professor, Faculty of Law, University of Ottawa and at the Centre for Health Law, Policy & Ethics.
