Today, we sit down with Skyler, Jackson, Cameron, and Dave to look over the new Daggerheart (created by Darrington Press) TTRPG system's open-beta Character Creation system! We'll go over the various Classes, Subclasses, Domains, Ancestries, Communities, and more as we design our own characters within the Daggerheart system and compare some of the similarities and differences we notice between it and other TTRPG systems!
We're incredibly excited at the release of the open beta for the Daggerheart system and we greatly enjoyed creating characters within it! The system is incredibly versatile while also maintaining a simple-to-understand walkthrough that any player can pick up. Additionally, it does a phenomenal job on developing story and character development over too much focus on numbers and math which we always appreciate!
