Welcome to week three of "The Power of Decision" with Life Mastery Consultant, Christi Corradi. Take a moment to breathe deeply—in for four counts, out for six. Let the day drop away and enter a space of mindfulness and focus. As always, we begin with our practice of gratitude and pride to set the tone for this transformative work. Visualize the fabric of your life as something you are actively crafting, threading gratitude and pride as the warp and weft.

I am deeply grateful for the doctors and nurses who provide compassionate care, especially as they helped my father through his recent procedure. Today, I’m proud of my openness to the transformative process I am experiencing, much like a caterpillar moving through its metamorphosis, trusting that something greater is unfolding.

Now, take a moment to think of your gratitude and something you are proud of. Write them down. Reflect on your vision statement: “I am the person who is…,” and think about the action steps you will take this week. Remember, change begins when we decide. Let’s explore how to strengthen our decision-making skills and embrace this journey.
