Nicole Cross Bio:

Hey!!! I am a full time real estate agent by day and a passionate Fitness Guru by nature. I have always grown up loving health and fitness, very active as a child doing all the activities. Main focus was soccer, but did track, swimming, tennis, pretty much loved it all. I went on to play D1 soccer at East Carolina University for my first 1.5 then ended up joing a soriety and had the best of both worlds. Finished college with an Exercise Science, Nutrition degree and started my career as a personal training, group fitness coach. I pretty much have every certification and designation you can imagine in the field as I loved to learn about the body. I have done 5k, 10k, 1/2 marathons, triathlons and a couple years in the body building area and competitions. I love to compete and challenge myself in life and see how far you can push yourself. Currently I have continued my passion in coaching through helping people in the real estate world and teach group fitness classes on the side for fun and enjoyment. My favorite classes are HIIT training and spin classes as I love the energy and the awesome calorie burn you get.

I have 2 beautiful teenage girls that keep me and my husband very busy with their high level sports schedules traveling all over. One Gymnastics and other soccer. It's been gun and exciting and we are loving every minute of it.

If I could give you 1 piece of advise towards your health and fitness....

You do you! I will always be here to cheer you on and coach you but you do you!

Cheers to a better you every day 😊💪
