Are you guys OK? In this episode, Ali and Tiarra explore the state of humanity to get a sense of whether or not most people have simply given up on life. Life is very hard, especially now after what happened with the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown, with sky high inflation and with a future that looks grim for most who simply cannot get ahead. Mental health issues are at an all-time high, and many people feel stuck. The ladies understand, and hope that by talking about it, we can come together to find our strength and move forward.
The key is to look around and determine whether or not your life is in need of change. If so, then the ladies have tips and tools you can use to help you get to where you want to be. But that effort has to come from within and you have to be ready to change your life for good.
