Welcome to another episode of the Me Skills Podcast, where we lean into self-love and great ideas that build a better life. In this episode, Kelly & Tish chat about the upcoming (January 2025) Stretch Yourself Challenge – personal development edition ;-) Kelly wanted to get Tish’s reaction to the 10 challenge ideas she’s come up with and to talk through what each one might look like.
