Awareness is the first step in making any changes.
You can't address, change, fix or upgrade any issues/habits/unwanted behaviour you're unaware of. Once you're aware of the the issue/habits/unwanted behaviour you're able to put a strategy in place to practice daily.
Accountability w/no judgement
An obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one's actions.
Own it with No Judgement
Once you are aware of the issue/habits/unwanted behaviour, hold yourself accountable for the results and take your next step.
Adjustments
Small alterations, or movement made to achieve a desired outcome.
This is the last step, adjustment, make adjustments according to the discovery, of the issues/habits/unwanted behaviour. Focus on the thing that's causing the issues/habits/unwanted behaviour and take action to adjust, practice, develop for change and lasting results.
