Maintaining good health involves a combination of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Here are some key strategies: Balanced Diet**: Eat a variety of foods, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Limit processed foods, sugars, and high-sodium items. Regular Exercise**: Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity each week.
