I had a fantastic chat with Brittany Estrada about managing stress and keeping hormones balanced during prenatal, pregnancy, and postpartum. Brittany is a women's health expert who really knows her stuff, and spilled the tea on some of the things that our current medical field often misses when it comes to our bodies.

We talked a lot about how stress can mess with your hormones, especially during pregnancy. Brittany pointed out that dealing with stress is super important for both the mom and the baby. She recommends incorporating mindfulness, meditation, and gentle exercises like yoga and walking into your routine. These practices can help reduce stress and promote overall well-being.

Nutrition is also a big piece of the puzzle. A well-balanced diet packed with essential nutrients is crucial for both mom and baby. And should include foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals to help regulate hormones and support a healthy pregnancy.And when needed supplements and medications can be supportive to a lifestyle change.

The postpartum period, Brittany shared how critical it is for recovery and bonding with the baby. She shared some great tips for managing stress during this time, like seeking support from family and friends, practicing self-care, and slowly getting back into physical activity. Her approach is all about listening to your body and taking care of your mental and emotional health along with your physical recovery.

Her passion for women’s health was clear. A holistic approach is all about understanding the unique needs of the female body during these stages. By following her advice, women can navigate prenatal, pregnancy, and postpartum with more confidence and ease, ensuring their well-being and their baby’s health too.
