In honor of Mother's Day, this week we're delving deep into the myriad ways our mothers have shaped our lives. 🌸

We learned that one of the top indicators of whether a child will grow up to thrive & flourish is the quality of his or her mother's happiness. With this new insight, we discuss what our childhood homes were like, and how that has informed our life experiences.

We share about the many lessons our mothers taught us, both explicitly and implicitly. Many of these have been truly helpful and such a blessing in our lives, and, of course, there have also been those adopted, learned behaviors we've been working to heal and unlearn. And we're trusting in the perfection of it all. 🙌

This episode invites you to reflect on the enduring legacy of our mothers and the subtle ways we honor or transform their teachings in our daily lives.
