Brian is joined by Joshua Penner, CEO and Founder of AI start up Inquisio.AI, the mayor of Orting, Washington and the author of Strategy in 60 Minutes. Alongside his work as a small city Mayor, Josh's goal with Inquisio.AI is to make government more effective and more accessible through its databases of policies and ordinances. As an veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp., he has a unique view on leadership and credibility, developing it, maintaining it, and making collaboration a part of it. His educational background includes Business Administration & Management with strategy, becoming a core part of his interest – the precursor to his book on strategy.

Brian and Joshua discuss his overall aims for applying AI to local government issues, how to mitigate associated risks, what rules should govern the rollout of AI and they reflect on leadership in modern government and business.
