June is one of those months that brings transition, whether we’re ready or not.

Graduations. Summer silence. Shifting routines.

Maybe your mornings are quieter. Maybe you’re packing up a college dorm room or realizing this is the first summer you won’t be coordinating swim meets and snack schedules.

And in the quiet, something stirs, an ache, a question, maybe even a little fear.

Three Simple Ways to Reconnect with Yourself

Let me give you three gentle ways to begin:

1. Reflect on What Still Brings You Joy Think back, what did you love before your days revolved around schedules and snacks? Was it reading? Painting? Volunteering? Start small. Reconnect with something that felt like you.

2. Create One New Summer Rhythm Not a to-do list—a rhythm. A morning walk, a journal practice, coffee with a friend. Something that nourishes you.

3. Talk to God About Who You’re Becoming This isn’t just a new season. It’s a new invitation. Ask: Lord, who am I now? Who are You calling me to be?
