The forum includes a monthly group meeting and monthly one-on-one coaching for its members. Mark also has clients outside the forum.
(08:26) Mark’s initial meeting with a potential client is to learn the owner’s goals and determine whether they would be a good working fit. Conversely, the goal discussion helps the owner determine whether Mark would fit their needs as well.
