Many business, when sold or there has been some other change in control, will advertise: UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. These signs are posted to attact attention and in many cases this is to imply that the NEW MANAGMENT will be great and anything related to the old management is done and gone. What is certain is that changes are coming and as a rule, most of us humans, don't like change.
