As we continue our focus on friendship, we turn our attention next toward how it relates to kindness. By being kind to one another, we can strengthen our friendships and build stronger connections with those around us. In this episode, Stuart Muszynski discusses his journey and the incredible work he's doing with the Values-in-Action Foundation and Kindland. Stuart shares his personal story of overcoming health challenges and how it led him to create Project Love and Kindland, programs that work with groups of people to make our culture and our country a better, kinder place. We talk about the impact of kindness and the effects he has seen Kindland have on program participants: increasing graduation rates, reducing disciplinary actions, and creating changes in attitude; as well as how he hopes to expand his mission to make a better tomorrow through kindness.
