Hello & Welcome to Re~Creation Meditation.

This practice is designed to bring you into a deeper awareness of & appreciation for your brain.

Through combining music & movement, the intention of this meditation is to help you feel mindful of the incredible job your brain does every moment of every day to make your life meaningful.

A gentle reminder as always, that you are your own expert.

These practices are designed to be a safe space to explore, experience & expand as you meditate ~ so please make sure to follow what feels good, taking mindful care of yourself as you navigate your own personal inner exploration. These offerings are invitations to take what works & leave the rest, being kind as you meet yourself where you are today. If you find yourself at a growth edge, I encourage you to explore... but if it doesn't feel safe or generative for you today, know that you can always return here another time.
